Please read these terms and conditions carefully before utilizing Vault Markets services, trading accounts, and the 400% bonus program.
01. Regulatory Authorization & Licensing
Vault Markets operates as a Juristic Representative of RocketX (Pty) Ltd an ODP and registered Financial Services Provider with FSP No. 52142. All CFD, Forex, and staking activities are subject to the relevant statutory market regulations.
02. Eligibility and Account Registration
To register an account with Vault Markets, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding financial contracts. Clients are required to provide authentic, verifiable identification during KYC checks before initiating live capital withdrawals.
03. 400% Bonus Terms & Margin Rules
The 400% Bonus is granted to support live trading margin and increase order positioning. Bonus credits are not directly withdrawable until the volume conditions specified in your client dashboard are completed. Any detected exploitation, arbitrage, or multi-account abuse will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of bonus balances.
04. High-Risk Investment Warning
Trading leveraged products such as Forex and Contracts for Difference (CFDs) involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of all deposited capital. You should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
05. Deposits, Withdrawals & Anti-Money Laundering
All financial deposits and withdrawals must originate from and return to payment accounts registered in the exact legal name of the verified account holder. Vault Markets reserves the right to request proof of source of funds in compliance with international AML regulations.
